The health of person is a state or the general condition of the body and mind that allows that person to function normally, in the absence of abnormality, or physical and mental disease, at a given time. .

Fitness Requirements for each type of Task are Different

Recreation, health and fitness are interconnected as parts of a whole system of body and mind. The level of fitness varies in relation to the type of task a person is capable of undertaking. For example, the fitness requirements for being a navy pilot are different from the fitness requirements for becoming a member of the navy seals. Similarly, the fitness requirements for participating in one exercise program differ from other fitness programs such as kendo, yoga, swimming, or mountain climbing. Various tests are available for assessing a person's level of fitness in order to engage in certain physical activities.
